The Movie Night Experience

The Movie Date

Perfect for a cozy, intimate evening under the stars. This package includes a romantic picnic setup, a movie screen, and a projector. Just pick your favorite flick, and we’ll handle the rest.

The Matinee

Round up your friends or family for a unique outdoor experience. This package accommodates up to 6 people, and includes a movie screen, projector, and comfy floor seating complete with blankets and pillows.

The Premier

Live the movie-star dream with our ultimate movie night experience. This package for up to 10 people adds a popcorn machine and a concession table loaded with classic movie-night treats like candy and nachos to the matinee setup.

Please note that extension times are subject to availability.

You can choose the location for your picnic, as long as it’s within Metro Atlanta. A travel fee will apply for locations outside of our service area.

If you’re planning to have your picnic in Fairburn, Tyrone, or Peachtree City, you’ll receive a 5% proximity discount! Our way of saying thanks for keeping us close to home!

Keep in mind that Atlanta parks and some surrounding counties require permits for picnics and must be applied for 14+ days in advance.

To ensure we can accommodate your picnic, we recommend booking at least 2 weeks in advance. However, we’ll always try to accommodate last-minute bookings if we can!

We require 48 hours notice for cancellations. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate rescheduling within 90 days, subject to availability.

Definitely! We have a range of pre-set themes to choose from or you can come up with a custom theme. We have lots of inventory that can be mixed & matched. Note, extra charges may apply for custom themes.

No, we provide the setup but the food is up to you! That way you can have your favorite treats and meet any dietary requirements.

Our movie night experiences are designed for private backyards with access to power and WiFi. This ensures the best viewing experience and avoids any issues with local ordinances or permissions.

Our picnics can currently cater to up to 12 guests. We aim to keep our experiences intimate and memorable. Additional fees apply as the party sizes increases from 2.

Yes. There is a $25 travel fee for locations 10+ miles from 30213 zipcode.

Yes, we handle all the details from setting up your perfect picnic to cleaning up afterwards. You just show up and enjoy!

We always check the weather forecast and will be in touch a few days before your picnic to discuss a rain check or alternate indoor location if needed.

In the event of rain during your picnic, we have you covered! You will be provided with a tarp to quickly and easily cover all the items. Because no one likes a wet blanket. 😉

Please keep in mind that you are responsible for the safekeeping of the items while they are in your possession. We trust your judgment on when to use the tarp to protect the picnic setup from the rain.

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. If you need to wrap up your Peachy Picnic early, that’s okay. However, please keep in mind that our picnic items should never be left unattended.

To facilitate an early pack up, contact us at least 30 minutes in advance. This will give us enough time to come and safely pack up the picnic items. We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our beautiful picnic setups safe and intact.

While we do not provide alcohol, we want to ensure you have a fantastic time during your picnic experience. We kindly remind our clients to always check and adhere to the alcohol policies and regulations of the location where your picnic will take place. Additionally, please be mindful of the legal drinking age and consume alcohol responsibly. 

Yes, children are included in the party size count. If children will be attending the picnic and require seating, pillows, plates, and other picnic essentials, they will be considered as part of the overall party size. We want to ensure that everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience, including the little ones.
